Synopsis Lola, her husband, and their son leave Paris for Marseille, dreaming of a quieter life. But upon their arrival, the sudden onset of eczema in their child reveals a deeper unease: at six years old, he seems to want to be a girl. Between doctors, school, and uncomfortable stares, Lola must decide quickly. Without realizing it, she embarks on a downward spiral where instincts and injunctions threaten to undermine her quest for truth, while she clings to a simple idea: being a “good mother.”
