Synopsis After a failed terrorist attack that puts Brussels on high alert, DEVIN WILLIAMS, an FBI agent on the verge of burnout, must collaborate with her Belgian federal police counterpart, LUC RENARD, to dismantle and neutralize the cell of a new generation of terrorists made up of children, including little ZAYED, recently repatriated from Syria.

In the midst of custody proceedings for his son who has remained in the United States, Devin decides to extend his stay in Belgium to save Zayed and prevent him from committing the irreparable, even if it means revealing his own criminal past.
